The most important thing to keep in mind when hanging a photo is how high to place it.
There is nothing worse than a picture that is too low or one that almost touches the ceiling. The ideal height, also used in museums and exhibitions, is one and a half metres from the ground. It doesn’t matter whether the photo is vertical or horizontal. That way the picture is at eye level.
If the photo you want to hang is small (our Small or Medium size), you should hang it a little higher, about 1.6 or 1.7 metres from the ground.
